Refund policy
Completed orders
We would like to inform you that orders placed online can be canceled only before the item has shipped. If you have any inquiries regarding product returns, discrepancies, damages, or any other concerns, please get in touch with Gift & Give directly at sales@giftngive.com.
Exchanges
If you want a different style, you can exchange it if the product is still unused. However, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for an exchange unless the product is defective.
Damaged during shipping
If your item(s) is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly replace your damaged item and ship it to you as soon as possible.
Refunds for undamaged products
As per our policy, we would accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the product with the following conditions:
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund process, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
